The Road to the White House

      We have caucused, had district wide and statewide
conventions, elected delegates to represent Virginia
at the Democratic National Convention and are ready
for the contest to begin.  The past is prelude and we
must look to the future; our candidates have a vision
of a future without preemptive war and the loss of our
middle class due to policies that deprive them of the
ability to escape the economic woes that the last seven
years have brought.  We must take our message of change to the uninformed voter and, with informed dialog, convince them to support our candidates.  There is work ahead and we must choose our tasks and utilize our best resources to win this important election in November.
